21 days will take you to explore the pearl of Africa by visiting the most exciting and amazing and beautiful destination in the pearl. You will have chance to meet with the endangered gentle apes in Bwindi impenetrable national park and also the closet relative of human being sharing 98.8% DNA in the primate capital of the world and then to queen Elizabeth national park and Murchison falls national park for game viewing having chances to view big five species and then to lake Bunyonyi known as the Switzerland of Uganda and finally to lake Mburo national park, Sempaya hot springs and sipi falls.
DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1: ARRIVAL DAY
Today on your arrival at Entebbe international airport our guide from African skimmer tours will be eagerly waiting to pick you and transfer you at booked hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight on your first day with us. Depending on your arrival time you can have Kampala city tour rewarding you with chances to visit Buganda kingdom palace, Kasumbi tombs, Uganda museums, Namungogo martyrs shrine, Bahia temple and many more.
DAY 2: PICK UP FROM PLACE OF HOTEL AND TRANSFER TO JINJA CITY
You will have early morning breakfast and meet your safari guide to transfer to Jinja with en-route visit to Sezibwa falls and later proceed to Jinja with amazing views and beautiful views of Mabira forest and many tea and sugarcane plantations along the way. You will reach by lunch time and check in to the booked hotel for lunch and then afternoon drive to go for boat cruise on river Nile to see the source of the longest river in the world monument on Lake Victoria, its worthwhile reaching at the point and it rewards all visitors with life moments. You will return to the booked hotel for dinner and overnight.
DAY 3: TRANSFER TO SIPI FALLS
You will have early morning and transfer to sipi falls for nature walk along the spectacular Sipi falls which originates from mountain Elgon and here expect to see coffee plantations and caves along the way and also participate in community visit.
You will dinner and overnight at booked hotel in Sipi.
DAY 4: TRANSFER TO ZIWA RHINO SANCTUARY
After your early morning breakfast in the morning you will check out of the lodge and meet your guide to transfer to Ziwa rhino sanctuary for rhino tracking passing through the middle of Kampala. This is the guided nature walk to explore Rhinos in the wild. You will return to the lodge for relaxation until dinner and overnight.
DAY 5: TRANSFER TO MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK
Y0u will have early morning breakfast and check out of the lodge to transfer to the amazing Murchison falls national park and the largest destination in Uganda , it takes to 2 hours’ drive from ziwa Rhino sanctuary to Murchison falls national park. On reaching the park you will visit top of the falls you will have chance to hear the sounds of the largest falls in the world and it’s where water thunders through different rapids from 7meter gap to fall over 40 meters gorge below and experience the amazing. You will later check in to the booked lodge for lunch and enjoy the hotel until dinner and overnight
DAY 6: MORNING GAME DRIVE AND AFTERNOON BOAT CRUISE ALONG THE ALBERT NILE
You will early in the morning at 6:30am and have warm cup of coffee/tea and then meet your guide to drive to the northern bank of the park. The activity provides with the amazing views of wildlife like solitary cape buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, ugandakobs, lions, leopards, hyenas, bush bucks and many more alongside variety of bird life in the savanna part.
You will return to the lodge for full breakfast and relax until lunch.
In the evening by 3:00pm you will be driven to go for the adventure boat cruise on the bottom of falls which rewards you with the amazing views of Murchison falls while on your cruise will view variety of wildlife like schools of hippos, crocodiles, water buck, buffaloes and elephants cooling off their bodies along the river banks and variety of water birds like shoebill stork, yellow and saddle billed stork, pied kingfisher
You will later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight
DAY 7: TRANSFER TO KIBALE NATIONAL PARK
You will have early morning breakfast and check out of the lodge to transfer to Kibale national park. You will have lunch in fort portal town and then proceed to the region of crater lakes before checking in to the booked lodge.
DAY 8: CHIMPANZEE TRACKING AND AFTERNOON VISIT TO BIGODI WETLAND
You will have early morning breakfast and meet your safari guide you will take to the briefing station of the park in Kanyachu and their after you will chimpanzee tracking will start lead by ranger guides walking through the tropical rain forest with over 13 species of primates and once you meet the chimps you will only allowed to stay with them for 1 hour and return to the lodge.
In the afternoon you will be taken for the community swamp walk in Bigodi wetland the community based organization and it rewards with most primates you could have missed in the morning and over 340 bird species with common seen the great blue turaco and then later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
DAY 9: TRANSFER TO SEMULIKI NATIONAL PARK
You will have relaxed breakfast and check out of the lodge to transfer to Semuliki national park which takes about 2 hours. You will reach in the park and check into the booked lodge and relax until lunch and in the evening enjoy the evening sunset at the lodge, you will later participate in the night game drive and then return to the lodge around 11:00 for dinner and overnight
DAY 10: SEMPAYA HOT SPRING AND TRANSFER TO FORT PORTAL
After early morning breakfast you will go for nature walk in the forest for primate and bird watching as you walk towards the hot springs of Sempaya that has temperature of 100 degrees Celsius and visitors have chances to boil eggs and porridge and then later you will drive back to fort portal for dinner and overnight.
DAY 11: TRANSFER TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
After your early morning breakfast and checking out of the hotel, you will drive to Queen Elizabeth national park reaching by midday and check in to the booked lodge to relax until lunch and in the evening you will be taken to visit Lake Katwe are salty where you will learn and see who people mine salt using local method
You will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
DAY 12: MORNING GAME DRIVE TO KASENYI PLAINS AND AFTERNOON BOAT CRUISE ON KAZINGA CHANNEL
Today you will wake up early morning with warm cup of coffee/tea and transfer to Kasenyi plains commonly known as the mating grounds for Uganda kobs and it’s the perfect spot for solitary cape buffaloes, elephants, lions, hyenas, leopards, bushbuck and many more. You will later return to the lodge for full breakfast and relax until lunch.
In the afternoon you will drive to kazinga channel that separates lake Edward and lake George and its perfect spot for hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes and elephants are seen on the channel banks cooling off their bodies, waterbucks alongside variety of bird species like saddle and yellow billed stork, little and egrets, pied kingfisher,comorants and many more.
You will later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight
DAY 13: TRANSFER TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE NATIONAL PARK AND EN-ROUTE GAME DRIVE TO ISHASHA SECTOR
You will have early morning breakfast and check out of the lodge to transfer to Bwindi Gorilla Park with en-route game drive through Ishasha sector the remote sector of queen Elizabeth national park commonly known for its rare tree climbing lions and this can be seen up in fig trees during mid-day as they rest from previous night but this is not guarantee that you to see them but sometimes it depends on your luck and time of reaching the area. You will later proceed to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park and check in to take rest of the day.
DAY 14: GORILLA TREKKING EXPERIENCE
You will wake early morning prepared for the physical day activity and have breakfast with packed lunch and drive to the briefing point by ranger guides and immediately your gorilla trek will start and it takes for about 2-7 hours in the forest depending on where the gorillas are but your almost guarantee to see them. On meeting with gentle apes you’re only allowed to stay with them for only 1 hour and return to the lodge
In the evening you may decide to rest or walk to the Batwa community for the cultural experience through cultural dances, and also story telling about their cultural and origin.
You later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight
DAY 15: TRANSFER TO LAKE BUNYONYI
You will have relaxed breakfast and check out of the hotel to transfer to Lake Bunyonyi the lake with over 29 islands reaching by lunch time and then in the afternoon and evening you will participate in different around this area like zip lining on Lake Bunyonyi, canoeing, boat cruise, community visit and swimming.

DAY 6 TRANSFER TO LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK
You will have breakfast and checkout of the lodge to transfer to Lake Mburo national park passing through the rolling hills and slopes of Kabale known as the Switzerland of Africa and have lunch stop in calm town of Mbarara. You will later proceed to Lake Mburo national park with en-route mini game viewing and check in to the booked lodge for dinner and overnight.
DAY 17: MORNING GAME DRIVE AND AFTERNOON BOAT CRUISE ON LAKE MBURO
You will wake up early in the morning and take warm cup of coffee/tea and meet your guide to search for wildlife in the savanna small park like zebras, giraffes, elands, dikers,oribis, sitatunga, Uganda kobs and many more and later return to the lodge for full breakfast and relax until lunch
In the afternoon you will go for the adventure boat ride on lake were you high chances to meet schools of hippos, crocodiles, waterbucks and elephants and buffaloes on the bank of the lake while enjoying the evening sunset.
You later return to, the lodge for dinner and overnight.
DAY 18: TRANSFER TO KAMPALA
You will have relaxed breakfast and check out of the lodge with to transfer to Kampala with en-route game viewing as you check out of the park. You will have lunch stop at Uganda equator crossing and have time for photo moments and explore the souvenir markets and the proceed to Kampala reaching by evening and check in to the booked lodge for
DAY 19: MORNING BIRDING TO MABMBA SWAMP AND EVENING VISIT TO ENTEBBE ZOO
Dinner and overnight
You will wake up early in the morning with served breakfast and meet your driver guide to transfer you to Mabamba swamp to look for the beautiful rare shoebill stork alongside other water birds that reside in this wetland. You later return to Entebbe for lunch and spend your evening at Entebbe zoo visiting wildlife in their cages and later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight
DAY 20: KAMPALA CITY TOUR
You will wake with relaxed breakfast and transfer to Kampala for the city tour. Kampala has plenty of historical attractions like Buganda kingdom palace(Lubiri), Bulange Mengo, Kasumbi toms, Uganda museums, Bahia temple, Namugongo martyrs shrine, Gadhafi mosque and many more
DAY 21: DEPARTURE DAY
You will have relaxed breakfast and relax at the lodge until flight time were you will be taken by your safari guide at Entebbe international airport for departure flight
